Booking Payments
Pet Sitting:
Payment of 50% retainer for all bookings must be made upon booking confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid within 24 hours of the sitting start.
Dog Walks & Drop-In Visits:
Full payment for all walks & drop-ins must be made within 12 hours after the visit ends.
Cancellations
Pet Sitting:
Any cancellations within 48 hours of the sitting are completely non-refundable. The entire 100% service fee is due upon cancellation.
If a cancellation is made 5 days before the sitting, we retain the booking deposit only.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the sitting starts are completely refundable. We will refund you the 50% deposit within 24 hours of cancellation.
Dog Walks & Drop-In Visits:
All cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start are non-refundable, and the full fee is due upon cancellation.
Home Access Info
For all services, keys or key codes must be provided at least 12 hours before the booking starts. For pet sittings, the keys will be returned when we leave or within 24 hours of the sitting ends. For dog walks and drop-in visits, the keys will be returned when we leave.
Before the service starts, please send us the access information—the door code, lockbox code, or other form of entry.
